As part of our on-going commitment to provide high quality market insight and to understand how the current market is shaping up, we would like to included you in our 2020 Market trend analysis survey, our surveys aim to identify and quantify some of the key issues facing our customers, peers and related organisations so that we are able to further assist and drive success within the market place.
For many of our customers and partners 2019 has been an incredibly challenging year, Brexit uncertainty and more recently the planned extension to off-payroll rules have added to and compounded the situation. Therefore, the focus for this survey therefore is to understand how this uncertainty is driving our customers and partners and what mitigation is in place to minimize any disruption.
